The Membership Application should be printed and returned to the Credit Union with a $5.00 check to join the Credit Union. Two forms of ID are required. One form of ID must be a picured ID or a birth certificate.
The Online Loan Application can be submitted securely online if you are already a member. Otherwise, please mail the Printable Application with your Membership Application. The Printable Loan Application can be printed, completed and returned via fax or mail to the credit union for processing. If you use the Online Loan Application, please print the completed application, sign it and send it to the credit union.
A copy of your current pay stub must be sent to the credit union for all Loan Applications. If you are self-employed, please also send a copy of your 1040 form. Please fax them to (309) 693-2274.Need to change your address? Please use this form:
